well howdy all,
I am some what back for a while any way i wanted to share with you i am down to 1 sugary soda a day and i am makeing great progress on this and also i moved my body today i did 5 hours of house cleaning, gave hubby a shower since he still cant do it him self yet. and i am also doing laundry i am so proud of my self yippeee yi yoo yipy yi yay. any way have fun and stay active in any way thats what i am telling my self too love to all shelly.

well howdy all i am doing way better on points and now i just need to get my body in motion ugg the way mylife has been lately i havnt had a chance any way i need tips to cut out soda out of my diet completely and i am having major trouble doing this any tips that really work please let me know love to all shelly.

well howdy all i am here to tell you i feel like i am in better spirits but yet i am reminded about what is around me but i am also trying to make it better for me by communicationg with all my fat secret buddies i love you all. But also i wanted to get back into my old habit of getting up at 2 am and excerciseing i knew when i was doing that i loved it and i felt better too. i am trying to get back into the habbit but i cant any way have an awsome monday love shelly.

hi all i am here to give you all a sweet hello and i hope you all had a healthy 4th of july i think i did we had hot dogs fresh stringbeans watermelon and soda and water but of course i chose the soda :( any way i went for a 10 minute walk yesturday i am so trying to get back into the habit of walking and i had another 10 minute walk today with my dog he has been whining and i dont know why so i figure oh maybe to much energy bagged up so i thought hmm maybe if i take him for a walk he will loose some energy and it seems to work he didnt whine as much as he did yesturday so maybe thats what it is any way me walking the dog we are both getting healthy i love you all so much love to all shelly.

missing in action
i am so sorry i have been missing in action my life isnt and wont slow down for quite a while i am going nutty i am good all day on my diet but with all the stress i loose it at night why is that. any way i hope you all had a wonderful and safe 4 th of july. Also i am thrilled to say that rod is makeing little improvements every other day or so right now but he has a very very long way to g. but just know i love you all and i have not forgotten any of my friends here at fat secret love to all shelly.
