I don't understand how I am only one pound more than my last weigh in. I feel huge. I am finally back to eating low-carb and slowly incorporating treadmill. I will stick with it this time.Big moment for me. Just walked a mile/ 1/2 hr. on my treadmill!!! I know it ain't much for some of you but for my fat butt sitting on the couch and eating crap for 2 year after I reached my goal it is a MAJOR accomplishment! GO ME!!!!

Messed up again! Didn't weigh myself on this first( Of many times)day back on track. I know I have gained. I am tired of feeling like this! I got a new hair cut, shaved my legs, cleared out my clothes closet. I am ready. The low carb food is easy ( didn't say that yesterday with a doughnut in my mouth). Getting back on the treadmill might take a few days. First I have to find new places for all the coats.....anybody have a coat rack for sale? So here I go!

A friend of my son saw me working out and said " GET IT GIRL!!!" in a very encouraging voice. It's the little things!
