Butter Subsitute
I make lowfat grilled cheese quite often. I use the spray butter to coat the outsides - just a little - it gives a touch of flavor and helps crisp the bread. sara lee delightful multi-grain bread and 1 slice kraft fat free cheddar make it less than 150 calories. I understand the "butter is better" concept, but sometimes its just "calories in - calories out" for me!
