Saturday, Feb 26th /11: Great job on the diet today; despite being surrounded by a delicious buffet all night, I ate nothing but the little lunch I packed for myself. However, didn't make it to the gym, unfortunately. It'll be my one day off during this session of Keto, hopefully.

Friday, Feb 25th /11: Back on the Keto. Did arms and back at the gym today, and had a perfectly counted diet of 1800 calories. Tomorrow is going to be a tough day, food and gym wise, since I'll be at a wedding from about 3pm - 2am. Gonna have to pack a big lunch.

Thursday, Feb 24th /11: Carb up day today. I haven't eaten that shitty since June; I woke up to a big bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with some fruit on top. When I came home, I had three or four brownies with two fresh bagels, using a caramel spread topping. Then I had a bunch of grapes, an Oreo Frosty from Wendy's, and a massive bowl of Oats and Whey. I felt more bloated then ever before, but got a decent ab workout in anyway.

Wednesday, Feb 23rd /11:

Tuesday, Feb 22nd /11: Shitty day today. I didn't get home until about 6, and as such I was starving when I got there. I made myself a double meal and feel asleep immediately afterward, since I woke up really early this morning. Then I didn't wake until 10:00, and there was a show I wanted to watch, and I didn't get to work out. Nutrients and such were all good, but I HATE going off/on/off. I'm doing shoulders or arms tomorrow and going straight through for at least two weeks.

Monday, Feb 21st /11: Good chest day today. Felt surprisingly unaffected by keto; I just hope that something wrong isn't happening. I'm still apprehensive about my carb count before subtracting fibers. Stuck to diet well.

Sunday, Feb 20th /11: Ugh - felt shitty all day today. Headache, a bit of nausea, fatigue and others. While it's not fun, it is satisfying to know that its because ketosis is taking effect. Diet went fairly well, but I decided to take an off day with the working out. I'll do chest tomorrow after school.

Saturday, Feb 19th /11: Definitely feeling the effects of ketosis today. It started during my workout (legs / back); I was extremely lightheaded, constantly thirsty, and have had a headache all night, and fatigue all day - it's great. Diet today was good. I'll just try to get more fats and vegetables tomorrow.

Friday, Feb 18th /11: Long day; had to wake up at 7:30. Ate a double breakfast, then a meal coming home from school, then I slept until 9 and worked out through 10, having another double meal. Just did abs today; back will have to wait until tomorrow, with legs, I guess. Still no sign of ketosis (I don't think), but I guess its early yet.

Thursday, Feb 17th /11: Good day today. Maintained the diet very well, and got a killer arm workout. Wrote out the complete diet for tomorrow in advance; saves the trouble of thinking out meals on the spot. Back and abs currently planned for tomorrow - either all at the gym, or abs at home. Still haven't felt the affects of ketosis, hopefully that'll go into affect tomorrow.

Wednesday, Feb 16th /11: Busy day today; it was hard to maintain the keto diet with all that went on, but I did. I'd rather eat my meals at more reasonable time as opposed to 9:00 > 12:00 > 2:00 > 9:30; left me pretty starving and gave a bloated feeling upon finally eating. Couldn't work out until midnight, and I only did shoulders. Arms tomorrow if all goes according to plan; I just need to ensure I make it to a facility. Basement doesn't cut it for arms anymore.

Tuesday, Feb 15th /11: First day on keto went good. The food was fantastic, and I look forward to feeling the effects of the ketosis in coming days. Big time chest workout today, felt great. Arms currently planned for tomorrow.

Monday, Feb 14th /11: Had a bit of a cheat meal tonight, killed a lot of my carbs. Good leg day today, but had to leave out deadlifts due to time constraints. Will do with abs or back instead. Starting ketogenic diet and use of fatsecret diet calendar tomorrow; Tuesday, February 15th. Weighed in today at 156.
