i went for a six mile walk yesterday. it was awesome! i was sitting around the house with the amazing food calling my name, and i couldnt take it anymore. i dragged myself off of the couch, put on my sneakers, and headed out the door. i ended up walking alot more than i had planned, but it was such a beautiful day and such an great excuse to be out of the house. then, this morning i continued my exercise streak and worked out for an hour and a half. i feel great. i dont often get the opportunity to exercise, and it feels great to finally be moving. food wise, i didnt make the best decisions this weekend, but i am focused and dtermined. i want to see a weight loss by weigh-in day on friday!

im up another pound, but im not discouraged. i had a rough few weeks but i am happy to be back on track! i can do it!

2 days! i made it through 2 days! im really glad to be back on track, but the temptations are still there. im a college student, and im in the middle of midterms, so i am extremely stressed out. and when im stressed, i eat. im doing great for now, lets just hope i can keep it up! its almost over!!

i made it through one day back on track. i know that doesnt seem like much, but its a major accomplishment - ive been off track for over a week. im so glad i made it through the day! i even went to a buffet and stuck exactly to plan. now im done for the night - maybe a glass of tea later...

i have made a concious decision to go back on track. i let myself fall off badly last week, and i need to be refocused. its going to be hard, but i know i can do it. the journal entries here have motivated and encouraged me. i want to be another success story!!
