Guess I have lost maybe 1000 pounds in my life time..The first time I really went on a diet my Dad offered me a large sum of money if I could lose down to 120 lbs. Being only 18 i was all ovew that .Only took me 4 months to lose 80 lbs. Wow who knows what that did to my body?? Had couple kids gained ,lost gained lost..been on every modern diet that they can think up..Recently... well in the last 15 years,have gotten divorced.gone thru the "change" moved,"Quit Smoking!! and became a vegetarian..Dah!! So here I am ,alone by choice and wanting to be able to keep up with my four G-babies!I am sorry in advance for my outspoken nature...I do have very deep opinions..so I will be polite but straightforward..Hope to make many friends and push my self and everyone around me!!

Eyes can see clearly now!!
When I weighed yesterday morning...and yes weigh just about every morning I could not beleive my eyes..Well weighed this morning and looked several times to be well sure,and YES did lose 2 more ibs.Having the egg drop soup tonight ,smells fabulous!! Yummy!Oh and thank all of you for your encouring words they always amaze me that anyone really hears or cares! So good to know were not alone.. Smile

Chocolate sugarfree puddin with peanut butter mixed in right before it gets cold...1 package of puddin and 1/2 cup peanutbutter!! Yummy!! Less that 80 cals.a 1/2 cup...

Bored,Lazy and tired....
Getting so lazy these last few days I have off during the summer.Think may be some depression too.Don't want to go back to work.It's not too lomg till retirement so day dream alot! Am trying to keep my sprits up by going thru recipes and looking up new things to make that are good and low cal.Having some of the recipes and am amazed how good they are! Any of you out there go thru recipes to cheer up?

Over the weekend I make one or two entrays to hit during the week..Just pop in the microwave add a salad or vegs and call it good!!
