I can't stand what sugar does to me. It makes me crave more sugar. It's like I can't stop once I get some into my system.

Haven't been getting to far lately in losing any more weight. It's been frustrating. So I have to start being serious again, because I can tell that I'm starting to gain some back, and I don't want to go in that direction again, because I worked so hard to lose the 34 lbs.
