Actually writing this the morning of the 15th, but we won't get technical. Had a wonderful evening out with the family. Tried out the restaurant, Sticky Fingers. Hubby & I ordered the rib sampler platter (no sauce) for 2. Plus an appetizer trio. We didn't finish the appetizer or the platter. (LEFTOVERS!) The ribs were oh so good! 4 ribs (I sampled the different sauces...loving the Carolina Sweet, but not wanting to swim in it!), a couple of bites of coleslaw, a couple bites of green beans, maybe 1/2 dozen french fries (shoestring size). The ribs were very well cooked. Not too dry like most places we've tried. We'll definitely go back there! I logged a lot of walking on my activity for the simple fact that I was very busy at work & we (the family & I) went for a long walk after that scrumptious dinner. 1 & 1/2 hrs. Think that's not long? Think again! Our little ones are 7 & 4. "Can we go in [name of store]?" "My legs are tired." "Can you carry me?" "I have to go to the bathroom." "I'm cold." "I'm tired." Oh wait, that last one's me.
