just keep on keeping on it .... Smile it is a learning process...... I should know, I have been working this weight loss for a year.. but results will come...

Carbs
I have to get my husband to cut the squash length wise.. I spray it with PAM, salt and pepper (sometimes I also spice with chipotle powder or garlic powder and face down on the cooking pan and bake in the oven.

I just started eating kale last year.. and now am totally addicted to it... I put a tb sp of olive oil, 1/4 cup of chicken broth in my electric skillet, add cleaned kale, cover and cook until tender YUM !!

Carbs
I am a carb freak.. this has been a tough one for me .. but I cut all white carbs and..... I use vegetables a lot, example spag squash vice pasta or rice.. I even use cooked kale in ways that you would use rice or potatoes as a filler .. some of these creative uses have turned out to be very tasty ... example with kung pao chicken .. instead of over rice I used cooked katl and it was wonderful !
