Ok, this whole 7p to 7a working and dieting thing, is going to be hard that first thought. The first day, I was like YA I can do this. I made it through the day within my point range. The second day I was cutting it close. I think I am going to go over today. Its hard working this shift amd trying to lose weight. Cause you have no set pattern. I eat whenever I am hungry. Plus it doesn't help when they have food at the job.

First Day
Well, its 530pm and I am just about to eat for the day. I told you I had wired eating schedule. I am going to have 2.5 cups of taco soup from WW, its really good. Only 3pts per cup. I got to go to work to night so I will up date my food dairy via text.

The day before the madness
This is going to be my second round of doing weight watchers. The first time was very successful. I lost 46 pounds from November to sometime around April or may. I just couldn't keep up with it after I returned to work. I work nights and just cannot get a hold of the plan with my wired hours, I eat at odd times. I will start back up with my healthy living program (not diet but better living, starting tomorrow. My plan is to lose a total of 40-60 pounds, but my short-term goal is 20 pounds. I plan to use my very expense piece of furniture called a treadmill as least three (3X/WK) per week. Its time to get moving again. I had stuff GREAT success the first time around (and kept it off); I want to finish what I started.
