There are homemade blueberry muffins in the office down hall. I was going to have one as an afternoon snack until I looked up the calorie count (before popping it into my mouth, smart girl). Eek! I actually think I could find a better option in the vending machine.

FINALLY, my exercise log give me automatic options, like the "recently eaten" menu in the food section. It's only taken FS 3 months to figure out that I pretty much do the same workout every day :-P
Still haven't weighed in since I forgot last week. After a weekend of not counting calories, I don't want to know. I'll do it on Friday...probably.
*Update* Catered lunch at work today, ugh. I'll be lucky to stay withing my RDI because of that, and I didn't even eat the bread (but I did eat the truffles).

I was walking back from picking up lunch, and just now realized that I FORGOT TO WEIGH IN this morning. What?!? That's usually the highlight of my week, but I had to be at work early, was running a little late, and just plain forgot. I guess I'll do it tomorrow morning if I remember. Happy weekend everyone!

I'm having a stressful week at work and it's totally showing in my food log. I had two beers yesterday and want to do nothing but "emotion eat" today. I have been to the gym, and it helps reduce the stress, but it's not taking it all away. After April 13, my major stressors will be done, and I should be able to calm down again! Just keep swimming...

No gym this morning. Hubby wanted to hang out and have some cocktails last night, and I knew immediately that would mean there was no way I would get up at 5:00 to work out. Sometimes it's healthier to foster the relationship with someone important that hit the gym. Plus the wind gusted ALL NIGHT and I did not sleep well at all. Oh well, I'll get back on the horse tomorrow.
