Well, this is really discouraging. I am so sad right now. I had been doing so well, but I guess I really fell off the wagon in November though I kept the weight off for the most part until the last three months. Then stress eating and depression kicked in and I have really done badly. I just need to get my mind back on track and get myself losing weight again.
I am staying aware, just not doing anything about my eating. WAYYYY too stressed and not enough activity.
