CRYSTAL LIGHT & WATER
Question. We all know we are supposed to drink 8 glasses of water a day. My question is, can I count water that has been mixed with Crystal light in my water count for the day? I've seen different articles that say it is okay to add sugar free water flavorings so I think crystal light would be along the same line? IDK any info/opinions help.

Protein alternatives to hummus?
I love hummus, and always here how great it supposed to be for a diet, but since starting my diet and actually looking at food labels I realize how maybe traditional hummus might be great for diet but all this processed/commercialised hummus not so much. So glad I saw this post, gonna make my own, I've also heard to put Tahini sauce in hummus? any suggestions on that?

Newbie :)
I am new to fat secret and new to dieting to be honest. I am starting with herbalife, and doing my best to keep up with my food/exercise journal and see what and how much I am eating that I shouldn't be. I was diagnosed with PCOS and still reading and searching through all the info there is out there on PCOS and what it does to your body, and how to counteract it. I have seen multiple articles about the importance of dairy and gluten free for people with PCOS and am finding that very difficult -- it seems like everything is Dairy or has Gluten in it :/
Well that is all for now, anyone that would like to be my buddy please add me, and anyone with any advise or tips they would like to share -- i am all ears!

Have a good day Smile
