Im not sure if this is a true weight or not. I didnt have much to eat yesterday. Only around 600 calories because I couldnt eat all my dinner. I felt a little nauseous last night. I guess we'll see tomorrow what I am. Either way, it makes me happy to see that number again. Hopefully I will be in the 120's again before I know it. Tonight is dinner at the in-laws, and with my mother in law being the best cook I know, it may be a little hard tonight. But I feel like I have the motivation to get through it and do well. Anyway, I hope you all have wonderful days, and keep working hard! :)

LONG day in the hospital for school. (going to school to be a nurse). Stressful, long, ugh. I feel like eating a whole box of pasta. Needing some motivation.

OK. That about sums up my eating for today. I ate really well, although I did not feel super hungry through out the day like I usually do my first day back to dieting. Hoping to see the scale go down tomorrow. I cleaned today for probably a total of 2 hours and my husband and I are about to go for a walk, so that will help. I hope you all had a good diet day!

Ok. Its been TOO LONG. I am back. I have a trip to aruba in january and I do not want to feel uncomfortable while Im there. I need some motivation and support though! I really want to stick with it this time. BACK IN!
