No excuesses here I've fallen off the wagon (sort of) but I'm still managing to lose a little. I have joined the YMCA and started working out I like it, BUT I'm so sore I can hardly walk. I happy about not gaining anything so for during these lovely holidays.

Well now that the power is back on after Hurricane Ike I've lost the 2 lbs I gained + 2 more. Wow I have finally lost 40 pounds, that seems amazing to me.
I just got home from a two mile walk and I am proud of myself.
I did go off from writting every thing down and I'm still kind of doing that, but I will get back into the swing of things.

Well all has been going well untill I did not lose for two weeks on a 1000 calories a day. So I decided I needed to add some more exercise, which I did. Now I walk at least 2 miles a day at about 3 mph and that got me over the hump. I am now losing again...yipee-skipp!
