I was going to wait until Wednesday, but I think I am going to commit starting tomorrow to NO SUGAR. Not in anything-and no chemical fake versions of sugar. I went with out sugar a few years ago for 3 weeks straight and felt AWESOME!!! I had to check everything, label reading became a regular thing in my life. Sugar causes you to be addicted to something-and sugar is in everything; bread, chips, sauces and seemingly healthy items. No thanks! I'll get my sugar from yummy fruits-no banana never made someone fat!

What do you think is the biggest thing that makes people over weight? I honestly think it is the chemicals in our food we eat. Everyone in my family is obese-and they all eat and drink fat-free, sugar-free taste-free food?

I'm back eating healthy. Whole grains-rice, quinaw, barley, yummy lentils with red hot. Fruits and veggies! I feel so much better when I eat this way! I have to do it.
