I'm excited! I thought I wasn't going to do very good, my brother in town for a week and now my in laws are in. We've been going out to eat a lot more than normal. But I tried to be good and I feel I succeeded, I lost 1.4 lbs. That a lot on my short body. Yay!

I was following weight watchers to the t. My sister and I are in a weight losing contest with each other. But I did bad yesterday, I had Mexican food. Chips and salsa...and mmmmm, guacamole are what get me everytime.

I am a little sad I didn't loose more-I guess because I put it on so fast I thought it would go away fast. Today I'm promising my body no sugar and no chemicals, I felt REALLY GOOD when I did that before. I'm doing that just for a week to an addition of being a vegan and doing weight watchers.
