I don't use this site anymore, but this is where I started my weight loss journey so I thought I would update how i have been doing, over 2 years of dieting and 3 stone loss

So ive been doing some reading, 3,500 = 1 lb of fat
So I need to have a deficit of 500 calories a day to loose 1lb a week
I'm going to aim to keep my deficit as high as possible - going to start recording calories on here again

AHHHHH worked so hard for this 1lb, defiantly in the plateau stage .... Creeping towards 11 stone slowly
