I've been yoyo dieting for about 2 years now but i've finally reached the point where i'm determined to loose the weight I want to and keep it off for good.

technical issues
can someone help me please???????????

i changed my diet to the one im actually following and it has restarted my diet and now put me in the red... when i was finally in the green!!

this is so depressing, how do i change it back so i was just continuing as I was?
