I believe i've actually lost a couple of pounds, but i kinda rounded down on the scale when i weighed in last week, i was closer to 206 or 207, but called it 205. This morning i dont know whether to call it a solid 205 or 204. Probably just stick to 205.

So week 2 of Power 90 completed. Was a little dissapointed seeing that i lost nearly ten lbs the first week, but still losing weight and getting in shape so thats good. Dropped another five this week, but i know now that i need to start watching my diet. Gotta start eating better, more veggies, and more often. Now for rest day. Blessed sunday!
