Tomorrow's the official weigh-in for the 1st week of the 24 Day AB Challenge. I just finished the 20-20-30 for today and then took a look in the mirror to see if there was any change. Perhaps it's wishful thinking, but I think I am starting to see some definition.
On another note, my kcal intake has been in the negative numbers for the last several days and I noticed something yesterday and today. My body was saying "I'm hungry, I need food." while at the same time my mind was saying "You're losing weight when you're hungry so stay away from the refrigerator." My mind was right because yesterday I dropped a full pound from the previous day's weigh-in. Today, I was hungry as well so to compensate, I moved lunch up to 11AM instead of holding out until noon. Dinner is always 6:30, so no changing that time.
I hope everyone has a losing day (at least a few ounces, anyway), and remember take a moment to say Thank You to someone special. So today, I want to say Thank You to a new member of FS - SanFranFan. She knows why. And as always, I have to say Thank You to Deb-N, euheide, JovialJ, SherrieC, MrsCold, and Happy 2014. Happy 2014 gets a big TU for wanting to go wineing (notice that's wine-ing not whine-ing) hehehehehe.....

An interesting Sunday, here on the farm. Up at 6:00AM and fed all the animals; then filled in the hole where the plumber had to repair the line coming from the well to the house; then spent 4 hours cleaning house so that the realtor could do two showings at 1:30. Then decided I deserved a break so went to brunch at a new place in town called Smokehouse Grill; then to two different wineries for wine tasting (Happy 2014 you would have liked the reds); ended up buying 4 bottles and now I'm back getting ready for roasted chicken dinner. I think with a little sage and green onion between the skin and the meat, then slow roasted for and hour or so. Then back to the computer to do some more writing.
All in all it was a great weekend. I hope everyone got some time to spend outside. Remember, take a moment to say Thank You to someone special, even if they are apprehensive about sharing "before" pics, you should still say Thank You for them supporting you.

I just read Happy 2014's post and Deb_N's post. Both of you have completed today's, so keep up the good work. I just finished mine and it was a breeze. I'm sure that Euheide has already done his and probably more. Someone asked about the plank and it is just get into position, tighten-up you abdominal muscles and hold it.
On a personal note, yesterday weigh-in was the target goal I had set for myself back in October 2013. I looked back over the yellow legal pad and low and behold, I've lost a total of 30 pounds in 26 weeks. That put's me 4 pounds ahead of schedule. We can do this, with everyone's help and support, I am doing it, so thank you to everyone for helping me along the way.
My next mini-goal is Wednesday of next week, when I will see 209.5 on the scale and then I'm officially out of the 21's and into the 20's. Guess I'll have to go shopping because these pants see to be a bit baggy.
Got to get the camera out today to do the before ab pictures, so I can keep track of this challenge.
