Kinda surprised I've lost this much weight in a little over 2 weeks. I have drastically changed my diet though, trying to stay under 1800 cal. I wanted to this weigh in now for the first 20lbs challenge.

Better food day today. I haven't eaten nearly enough calories though, only at 714 or something. I had finals today; maybe that's why I'm so tired now. Got my walk in... a really long, slow one. Tomorrow's another day!

Ok, not such a good day today.
Ate about 2300 calories. All fast food today, cept for breakfast, thank god...prolly woulda been like 3,000 cals if I'd ate breakfast out as well.
Didn't really do any walking (for exercise) today either. I have reasons, but I've got to call it what it is....excuses.
No problem. New day tomorrow.

Started by downloading the Android App for calorie counting. Really great app. Then found this site.
Today was day 1 for exercise. Did 30 mins walking.
