I started a challenge to walk 30 minutes per day a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I had to stop it do to back pain. I even missed work for half the week after the pain started. I have been trying to get back on track since that.

Day 1 for the 1000th time
I starting a challenge of walking at least 30 minutes per day for the next 28 days

Yesterday I completed a 24 hour water only fast. I feel so much better after a single day without food. As I start to eat fruit and nuts, everything tastes so good! lol I am using this as a reset to make better choices because I had gotten off track with eating.
