Tomorrow I will starting a diet and exercise plan through this program as my previous attempts have not worked.
I walk on my treadmill on speed 6 for 45-60 minutes 5-8 kms morning and afternoon I do boot camp twice a week and was just eating healthier.
I did not lose any weight and only lost 5 cms around my waist no where else.
