I'm disappointed I haven't lost more weight as I have been doing my exercises, however, weight isn't the best indication of burning off fat, size is. I am looking forward to measuring myself on Sunday to see what the final result for this week is.

Its day 5 of the 'lose 5 lbs by Superbowl Sunday' challenge and I have lost some weight but not as much as I had hoped for. Today I weighed in at 135.4 kg. I am hoping to see more results over the next couple of days. I have found that doing these challenges keeps me focused and motivated to do my exercises! Yay! I will keep enrolling for the challenges - they are really great!

I tried my scales in various locations only to find that it gives different readings in several different places on my tiled floor in the bathroom and different readings on my kitchen lino in different places as well. I chose the heaviest reading as I don't know which reading is accurate. I weighed 135.9kg.

It might look like a plateau but... I took my measurements on the 26th of January with these results: Chest 132cm, Waist 124cm, Hips 156.5cm, Thigh 78cm, Calf 51cm. When I took these measurements on the 29th they were: Chest 126cm, Waist 119cm, Hips 153.5cm, Thigh 74cm, and Calf 49cm. Thats a size loss of 18cm! So while my weight may say 136.1kg and appear to be a plateau, theres plenty happening to suggest otherwise!
