well 2 pounds over my goal but that's ok, i've been getting ready to move in my apartment and get crap together so i wasn't sleeping a lot and i would just eat when i was hungry.
and that's ok because i'm going to only buy foods that won't kill my diet.

too many graduation parties, sooo i let the diet go, there for getting mad at myself. I've also been at my mom's a lot recently which is not conducive to my diet.
time to ddr more or something and get back on track.
I have 5 pounds to go until July 7th, my short term goal.

it's been waaay too hot to ddr most days :/ which really slowed my process down and there was a lack of greens in the house for salads which also I think is important for my diet.
As far as eating goes, I've only been eating until I've been satisfied, and if I get a craving of sweets , I go light on them.
maybe I sound cut out on the sweets on the days I can't work out.
I think also more water is in order! Well, It's not insanely hot yet so Im going to go ddr before it does!

Didn't stay on track but didn't stray off too much, walking in newyork city/ union city and staying generally active must have helped keep the pounds away
