Feeling good about this 'diet' this time. Want to lose weight without driving myself crazy. Like the ease of this website to keep track and be conscious.

Feeling good ... woke up to a 1 lb loss-- one small step. Keep it up! Glad I did not eat after 8 pm (except for 2 T of ice cream!).

Happy to wake up to find two comments from Fat Secret participants.
Adjusted my weight to my 'morning' weight. Will use mornings to record weight.
Excited to be heading to Curves (as I always go twice a week) and starting to be accountable for my weight!

I am happy to find this site just by accident. I need to get started (once again). I am getting started tomorrow. I am shocked that 3400 calories came up a minute ago as the calorie count for me to follow if I wnat to lose 22 lb. How can that be?
