I started this almost 4 years ago . . . I reached 215lbs. in December of 2013 and just kind of died down on my exercise. I now weight 235lbs. and need to get back on track . . . This is my re-start with the goal of losing 20lbs. by Christmas.

Made good progress this past week down 3Lbs. I need to work on logging my food intake closer and consistant exercise. Don't find time to exercise . . . Make time to exercise!!!

Keeping a closer watch on the carb intake this week . . . I have noticed over the past few month the my portion size has inched up a bit causing "carb creep" I recognize that this has been my problem in the past . . . allowing myself a bit extra because I have lost some of my weight. The extra should be a treat but it usually will becomes the norm . . . so logging daily helps me keep an eye on these issues.

Day one back on track . . . following the old vision board and making some improvements along the way . . . Looking to hit my goal weight before the Christmas Holiday. I smashed a few to many carbs today but I will work on that. Be back at it tomorrow.

I have been maintaining my weight since February . . . Now it is time to reach my goal weight. I have been successful on the New Atkins program for about 18 months. On to the goal of lifetime health.
