This month is so frustrating. There wasn't much weight loss movement compared to the months before. I actually think it has to do with me not consuming enough calories and stressing way too much about it.
I'm mad at myself for being so hard on myself, I should be proud to have lost so much already.
I can look at myself and feel great about the way I look, until I see the number on the scale. It's really odd how numbers can control my self image.
Of course I know how weight can fluctuate drastically but in that moment none of that registers.
I think I've been struggling with my weight for so long that I just finally want that pressure gone, I want to be done with obsessing over numbers.

Question for my buddies (or any member actually)...what kind of lotion do you guys use on your body to help with skin tightening? Are there any good ones you could recommend? I don't have an issue (yet) but I'd like to prevent loss of elasticity.

Today was my first cheat day. I had chocolate cake and way too many carbs but it's ok :)

I've decided to only weigh in once a week. It takes so much pressure off and I avoid the frustration if the scale doesn't move on those stubborn days :) I feel like I've lost weight since my last weigh in, my pants are getting big on me.
Funny story...went shopping with my mom today and I wandered off to a different isle. When she caught up with me she said " Monika, I can't find you now since you lost so much weight. I'm always looking for someone much bigger!" LOL it was a great feeling
