Feeling pretty down and alone most of the time, so I am eatiing more sugar and after the flu my energy has been up and down. Starting back to school in the morning and I need to do better because all of my stress triggers will be in high gear.
I sure wish I could muster up a more positive attitude these last few days. I rode my bike to work today and the fresh air felt great, but now I am dreading the library and the difficult reading session ahead of me this evening. My urge is to get some snacks to take to the library, but that's why I am leaving the comfort of home so that I can't walk to the fridge every time I hit a tough spot in the reading.
ok...I'm outta here. need to put in 4 hours at least....:) Taking some tuna with me and an apple.

I'm so down about my life. I need a routine again while school starts back up. I want to make this work.
