I have always been a "big girl", basically saying I have always been about 30-40 pds heavier than all my peers. I am 27 and I am tired of being this size. Not that I am not happy with myself but I know that I owe it to myself to lose weight to remain healthy!!
I am doing this with a cousin and also my mom and we are trying to support each other. I hope that we are able to lose the weight. My goal is to be 165 lbs. Although that is a little far fetched (because I am 281 lbs). But that is what size I would want to be!!!
