This Wkd I went out with my friends , I ate a lot! but I did 3 hours Zumba on Saturday, that was about 1500 calories burned . Sunday I sayed home n ate chocolate n candy , did not work out at all i was to tired .After all that I ate this wkd , today I'm not hungry, I had only fruits n spinach , the whole day I din't feel like eating . I worked out for 2hours, 1h walk plus 1h crazy dance at the gym, I don't feel at all I hope I won't be surprised tomorrow when I get on the scale.

I ate so much last night i must be hard on myself today, or I'm going to put on some weight, I had fried food, cheese cake , 1cocktail, & a glass of wine , plus fish and mash potatoes. I went a lot over my recomended intake calories because when I came home I had a stomach ache, how full I was.

Yesterday i had some white wine , cause our daughter is not home , so m'y husband suggested that we could have à little romantic time together , no kid calling our names LOL , I had shrimps white rice, broccoli, wine and cheese, no dessert. And tonight im not going to the gym cause im going to eat with some friends . I hope I won't pickup a lot of weight . Friday i have another dinner , but saturday & sunday im going to stay home & workout like crazy.

Today I don't feel like eating , had a lot of green tea , a slice of buttered bread, and an orange, it's allredy 2:30 pm , I'm forcing myself to drink some soup, I'm happy because even thought I ate a lot at the family runion I stil lost more than 3 lbs
