I was surprised to see that I lost weight, I have not been watching my food intake. I also haven't been to the gym, my asthma is kicking my behind, but I intent on starting again. I've notice that when I do I feel better about myself. Any who, here I am 2 pounds less - that be to the Lord.

I've had such horrible craving for sweets, I though I was not going to loose weight this week. But I did, and I'm happy for it. I think I can see the weight coming off, although its not much, and it encourages me to keep going. 20 pounds to go.

Ok, here I go again. After trying the stupid atkins diet and gaining back twice what I lost, I am trying point counting - weight watcher, but unofficially. The difference this time is that everyone in my office (everyone who is over weight, that is)is going on a diet at the same time. So, I have big hopes this time.
