I am just a few days in to low GI/GL eating, and the results have been incredible. I am averaging a pound of loss a day, and I can SEE my belly flattening. Weird. I know I will plateau soon, but enjoying the benefits now!

I have PCOS, and my husband and I are concerned that even with Reproductive therapy, we won't be able to conceive unless I lose weight. So I am going to try to lose with the GI diet because that is what was recommended to me by a PCOS specialist. I am concerned because I really struggle to lose weight, but I want to be healthier and not have to rely on medicines to do my biochemical work for me.
