So much to do and not enough time to do it in! The exercise journal is kind of incomplete. I don't "rest" for the time they say. I wish I did "rest" more. Lately it's run run run. How do I enter all the stuff I do when it isn't in the list and I have no clue how much energy/calories I'm burning! And I forget half the stuff I do when is sit down at times...Oh well. The weight is dropping and that's what counts. The calender is a guideline I guess, to remind me to get busy on the days when I'm not and keep track of my calories. This is my free day to eat whatever I want but it's tough when you are not used to stuffing yourself! :) I'll eat cheese or something I don't normally eat I guess! Ha!

What a day! I was so busy I didn't have time to eat! So by night time I had to eat something and just tossed Campbell's Tomato soup in with some sour cream and a tsp of Classico Basil Pesto. I needed the calories, I even ate 6 crackers! Just barely got over 1000 calories. I better find time tomorrow to eat doggone it! It's so hard to remember to eat sometimes....sigh. And I know I'm going to be right back at it tomorrow too. Good night all! Sweet dreams!

I'm starting to actually enjoy getting on the scale! I was so shocked this morning! I took the day off yesterday and although I tried not to get too crazy with eating I did eat out at Longhorn steakhouse-but it was only about 505 calories! And we ran out of time so stopped at Dairy Queen and I ate a small blizzard in lieu of dinner, yet the scale still went down! I'm starting to think these NutriBullet drinks I'm having each morning are doing something special for me.....LOL! Plus I'm sticking to my guns about no protein and starch at a meal together. My joints aren't aching like they were so I think it is actually helping my body to get rid of the inflammation and that that is why the weight is melting off! This is more exciting than the HCG diet because I'm not doing anything weird and it's easy to stick to. Praise God I found something that is working for me. :)

Yesterday I forgot to weigh in, ate regular Nutrishake and had a 500 calorie dinner of Napa Grilled Chicken at Longhorn Steakhouse. Never ate anything else so decided to splurge and had a small Bizzard from Dairy Queen! Technically I was supposed to take yesterday off and eat whatever I wanted but I was just too dang busy! LOL! Maybe next week I'll pig out on that 7th day. That is the fun thing about this particular diet that I like, 6 days on and 1 day off. Have a great day!
