Can someone please explain to me why I put my jeans on today and they were tight. Mind you I've been working out, drinking my water everyday, and staying within my ww points. I'm so frustrated I could scream, I've even thought about saying forget this, but I'm not! I'm not going to give in soo easily! I didn't gain the weight in one week so I'm not going to loose it in a week.

Day 3! Moving right along, and I felt really good after yesterdays workout! Now if I could just stop picking when I got home. I think I would be okay! It's been three days since I've had any pop, so far no headaches. We'll see what the day brings!
