Can someone please explain to me why I put my jeans on today and they were tight. Mind you I've been working out, drinking my water everyday, and staying within my ww points. I'm so frustrated I could scream, I've even thought about saying forget this, but I'm not! I'm not going to give in soo easily! I didn't gain the weight in one week so I'm not going to loose it in a week.

Some people forget that if you dry your jeans all the way they will shrink. I never dry mine take them out of the dryer while they are damp, and hang dry them the rest of the way and they should fit just right. My husband was complaining of the same thing only he was not gaining any weight, he did what I told him and they fit just perfect. It's something to think about.....
