Setting a new goal of 40 NC, hoping to stay under, and not go over, but I think this is more realistic. Let's see. I totally did not want to work out yesterday, but wanting to succeed in this challenge motivated me-can't let my team down! Thanks team for keeping me going!

Boy, I was off on my NC setting. Although not by huge amounts. And, I like to have a lower goal to shoot for, as it makes me very accountable and careful.

Net Carb Goal: 25 NC I am not sure if this is realistic, I do South Beach, not Atkins, so we will see if I can do it, it certainly seems like a true challenge.
