i am a food addict!!!! i LOVE food, and food is like a drug to me!!! i can easily put on a stone or loose a stone in a week, depending on my eating habits that week lol!!!

i started my diet on the 4th january 2010. at my first weigh in i weighed 281 lb (20 stone 10lb), and i now weight 224 lb (16stone). i go to the gym everyday, and i am very strict with what i eat, so far it is working, so im not complaining!!!

im from yorkshire in the uk, i have 4 beautiful children and a great partner.

I now weigh 11stone and 2 pound, 5lb under my goal weight!!!! I've gone from a UK size 26-28 to a UK size 12. I still want to loose a few more pounds and hopefully get to 10stone 7lb, a UK size 10. I am now waiting to be assessed next july to see if i can have my excess skin removed on my stomach, back, bottom, upper back, arms and legs, hopefully I will get the go ahead, as loosing over 10stone has left my body a mess, fingers crossed!!!!
