Any new exercises out there to try?
Hey there! So glad to be new and join in on the fun!
Was just wondering if anyone had anything fun they do at the gym rather then the same old boring stuff! Even if you do it at home. I love love love lifting weights and strength training, I hate cardio... unless I am doing body resistant cardio,I don't like being on a treadmill for more then 10 mins-- I get so BORED
! Just trying to find something to spice up my work outs! No I will not be doing Insanity any time soon!
