I need to weigh in but weight went right back up, so I've been delaying! I am getting pretty frustrated with that but I really am eating well and working out hard. I do believe muscle mass is up.

The triathlon is less than 2 weeks away now. Training so far this week has been:
Monday- Biked 46 min on hills with heavy wind resistance
Today- Swam 10 min and ran 7 minutes- not much but all I had time for. Will do core strengthing tonight.

I plan to run, bike and swim again most of the rest of the days this week.

I made a yummy dinner last night, trying to mimic Applebees WW entree of Grilled Island Shrimp.- Marinate cooked shrimp in Carribean Jerk marinade, along with crushed pinapple, cilantro, and a little green onion. Grill in foil and put shrimp directly on grill at the end. Cook rice and then add the extra sauce into the rice or pour over the shrimp. Pretty yummy and easy!

I'm having to post my gain still from the weekend. I was actually up to 142 but it is at 141 now. I thought it would be down now but I am doing what I can this week and it will come down. I'm following WW points but have been a little over the points a couple days.

Working out is great. I'm feeling strong and athletic as I am following my triathlon training and going over the minutes required. This week:
Monday- ran outside for 48 minutes, probably around 4 or more miles. It was super humid outside so it was very hard to breathe but I kept going and it got better.

Wed- went to a bike path and rode for at least 50 minutes which was probably around 12 miles. Then we got off our bikes and ran a little and finished with a walk. Then 10 min. core strengthening at home.

I'm heading to the beach today with the kids so will probably not workout today. I do need to get in a swim & one more run in this week. Having my chart up to fill in really helps. Muscles are strong so I am not going to worry so much about the scale, but I am definately ready to see 130's again!!

Well, my weight is up after the weekend as usual. No more of this! I will be recording weight watcher points this week at least to get it back down. I should be able to do that for the next 2 weeks. I just need to remember it is for my benefit and will help me get back to where I am comfortable.

The triathlon is only 4 weeks away now. I need to print up and fill in my training schedule. I have been exercising but I find it more fullfilling to fill in what I have done which I haven't done lately. I also want to slim down for that so I feel in tip-top shape. Right now I am feeling fat which of course is no fun. It has been tough with get togethers and graduation parties galore. But, we have very little scheduled for the next 2 weeks until we go camping. That also is a danger zone for me but I am planning to have 2 good weeks here leading up to it to stay focused.
