Made it through the holidays almost without too much of a gain! Feeling pretty motivated this week to get some losing done. I looked pretty fluffy in a Christmas photo so didn't like that at all. Heading to the gym in a bit!

I hate to post it, but another pound is on. The season is so busy the workouts have declined quite a bit and eating has not been stellar. Trying to get it back under wraps here!

Tis the season of Christmas parties where I average a 7 lb gain each year! Yikes! 3 parties down doing pretty well. Things are super busy right now so working out is difficult, but I am still doing it 3 times a week. I'd like more, but that is what I can manage right now. I do not plan to gain this year! I am trying to lose, but if I stay about the same I can live with that.
