I have not weighed this much since I was pregnant. Not sure how 20 lbs can sneak up on a person. Well today is the day, no more messing around I am officially on a diet.

I am so not happy. I haven't been this heavy in 20 years. I have to get control. I feel like I am losing it. I got divorced 5 months ago, had foot surgery about 2 months ago. My mother passed away a month ago. I am just eating my feelings, but it is just making me feel worst.

I didn't do well after I finished up my yesterday.i don't what I didn't Judy go to bed . So almost everything I set for breakfast I really ate at 1:00 in the morning. I normally would not gave logs it. I did log it but put it on today. I figure that is not what you want me to do, but we will see. I am going to try and eat less today. I wanted to sleep in, but I am up at 7:00. I am definitely not hungry right now. I am having a cup of coffe. I put doen my egg breakfast, but am not going to eat it until I am hungry. I know I should have just went to bed last night and not eat. At least I didn't order a dessert pizza and cookie from papa johns. I need to stop eating my emotions.
10:00 breakfast
12:00 ride bike 15 moderate
2:00 chicken and veggies
6:00 was going to eat half the protein bar on my drive to guys house I am kind of dating then ate the other half too
9:00 ate all the other crap. Stromboli, two small bags of chips, and two ice cream. I was out of control. I just didn't want to stop eating.

8:00 breakfast- didn't know that vanilla thing wasn't reg coffee till I made it. Figured I would just work it into my day
11:30 Special K bar
2:00 chicken and veggies
6:00 chicken
7:30 ice cream
9:00 apple and turkey
11:00 popcorn
Didn't need popcorn I know but a lot better then what I wanted. Was a rough day, especially later in the day. I stopped at grocery and got apple ,turkey and ice cream. Didn't mean to get so much turkey, but then it was good and I was driving so I didn't want to stop eating. Anyway, not perfect but could have been worse
