I have not weighed this much since I was pregnant. Not sure how 20 lbs can sneak up on a person. Well today is the day, no more messing around I am officially on a diet.
160.5 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Well done for taking this first step, this website helps lots! What I would say is that you could try not eating between meals. The first few days are torture (oh noes D: ) but trust me, it gets better and by the fourth day you can basically be fine with like a sandwich all day :DD! Good luck!
