back on the ship where things are much harder to take control...I have not control over what my food choices are, but I am trying to make good choices with what I have to work with. I think I may have actually lost weight, but trying to weigh yourself on a moving ship is not the most ideal situation. Will try to get another weigh in next week while we are in port.

No change in weight this week. Going back to the ship on Friday, so diet will be very restricted, less choices, less temptations...hopefully.
Challenges will help and trying to go back to induction again. We'll see if we can stick to it this time.

Does sweating profusely due to the extreme heat count as exercise???? It is so friggin hot down here in Florida, my air conditioner can't even take it!
On a good note, I think I've lost 5 lbs just in water weight by sitting around my house!
