Meal plans I see offered are Backwards.
I have looked at several KETO Meal Plans and if I fixed exactly what they said, I'm sure I would lose weight because I wouldn't eat half of it.

Why can't someone post a KETO friendly Grocery list, let me check off what I would eat, and develop a meal plan from that?

I'm sure it works for some people, but I'm not a big salad or smoothie person. I'm allergic to raw tomatoes, don't like lettuce, or cucumbers, and most of the greens I eat need to be cooked.

Does anybody know or an organization that will let me choose the foods I will eat and develop a meal plan from there?
