I've been so irritable lately...I'm not sure if it has to do with what I'm eating, not taking my anti-depressants for a few days, I had some alcohol the other day (it's been about 9 months)...
I HAVE NO CLUE...it's really driving me nuts! I haven't been exercising either...that could be part of it ???
All I know, I don't want to be a grouch anymore :(

I don't know why I decided I wasn't going to exercise today. I thought it was going to be cold and gloomy outside, but it really wasn't. By the time lunch rolled around, I could have gone out walking and it would have been fine. I was thinking about what I'm going to do in the winter when it gets too cold to go outside and too snowy to do anything. I think I might dust off my gym membership that I've been paying for and not going to. I need to figure something out because it's getting old just sitting around and not exercising.
I noticed I didn't eat a whole lot today...it seemed like I ate a lot, but it sure wasn't. I still can't get up to the 64 ounces of water a day! I was doing good for about a week and then the weekend came and totally ruined my diet!
I think Friday night ruined my diet. I haven't drank any beer in such a long time and I totally overdid myself. One beer is okay every once in a while, but I had about 5 or 6. I think it was too much...and not really good for me either (not to mention I did not do any exercise that day or all weekend after I drank all that beer...lol)
Ugh...get back on track!!!
