What happened today? I have no idea...I caved and got McDonalds! Honestly, it doesn't taste that good, but I got it anyway.
This whole week has been wonky...I just need to hunker down and get back into my routine. If I don't, I'm going to slowly slip back into my bad habits and go down that same road.
I'm somewhat disappointed in myself :(

The more I think about it, having a good time doesn't have to involve the drinking. I went out again last night and I just feel all achy and sore today. Was the few drinks I had last night really worth the hungover crappy feeling today? Probably not...that's my next goal ... be sober!
Okay, back on my master plan. The weather's been getting colder here and I'm avoiding going outside because I don't want to freeze. Denver is so strange sometimes...we had freezing temperatures at night earlier this week and it was rainy and in the 60's, then the end of the week...80's and sun! I guess it's just my excuse not to exercise. BODY...you're too good to sit on your ass. Get out there and get moving!
