noom vs fatsecret
I can't tell you how delighted i am to have found FatSecret. I did Noom's trial, and it was going to cost over $350 for a year. The real life support was rarely there, and our food index and ease of use is MUCH better here! Yay FatSecret!

I'm new here and wondering how the kcals work? When I exercise do those calories get subtracted from my daily kcals. I'm confused. Your help will be appreciated!
