im starting to relize how much 20min of movement can make me feel so "alive", its been a while, couple years sence i have been on a regular movement program. i really let the surgries take a hold of my life, but not no more. i miss moving and feeling good, again, journaling is helping me take a look at were my life is and were i thought it was. i was really fooling myself thinking i was eating good and moving, its amazing how much im waking up to reality. thanks for all the support and little steeps go a long way. i have so many iedas now of what i will work on, but one step at a time so i dont give up......smile (reminder to self; better food choice, eat dont starve myself, exercise and strech,weights, water of course, when i find myself indulging-its okay, but dont continue all week long, journal,take time to breath,vitamans, if i find myself saying something negitive-change it to 3 positive statements, small goals in rewarding myself-nails,hair,bath,new?....yarn(hehehe)) looking at my journal really makes me think of were im putting my time, and its time to work on moving the body more.

usualy I record when my day is about to start, but I have to right now as its birthday month for my dad, daughter and than myself, than comes 2 more of my kids and husband...oh and dont forget the HOLIDAYS! I thought I mad a good choice first carrort cake and than I saw the callories. Than I tried andgel food cake with whip topping, better but still more calories than i thought. sept has always started a busy "celebrating" season and over by new years. im going to do a little more research in birthday cake choices and not have half the cake over the next week. ill have my piece and if its not eaten, in the trash it will go......im learning!!!! smile
oh and smaller portions will help..........

I did a lot better yesterday and headed into a good day today. I almost didnt get my 20min in, but I thought of everyone in the challenge and it got me movivng, funny how that mind trip works! Im soooo glad I did as I woke up feeling VERY rejuvenated. I was not sore like I normaly am, and my arm is felling "way better". A workout and a few streches and Im a different person!!! Im doing it!! smile

I just have to say, again I found myself at the food before going to bed. I need to take a look at better food choice during the day and more protien...smile
